The movie features another location that recalls familiarity in the audiences – the Malibu Castle Park Mini Golf and Arcade. The scenes comprising the area were filmed in Redondo Beach, California. Known for its vast and varying indulgence in outdoor activities, Redondo Beach stands as a coastal city in Los Angeles County, running along Santa Monica Bay’s southern area.
There is a moment when the opposition tries to be sillier than the silly protagonist and that doesn't always work. Needless to say that the odd characters were nicely brought to life on the screen by the two lead actors, those being Kel Mitchell and Kenan Thompson. But the movie also had great support performances from the likes of Sinbad and Abe Vigoda.

It's funny, it's rhythmic, and it's everywhere in the 1997 classic comedy. Mitchell expressed an interest in reviving Good Burger, due to his youngest son being a fan of the film. In August 2022, shortly after receiving his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Thompson confirmed that he and Mitchell are working on the sequel. During the 74th Primetime Emmy Awards where Thompson served as host, the duo once again hinted the sequel after performing a skit with Kumail Nanjiani. On October 24, 2022, Thompson confirmed that the screenplay was finished, with him and Mitchell teasing the script in a joint Instagram post.

Dexter exploits Ed's gullibility to extort money from him so that he can pay off his debt sooner. Ed promptly signs a contract that gives Dexter 80% of the bonus he receives for his sauce, and Dexter likewise warns Ed against revealing the sauce recipe to anyone. After failing to entice Ed with a higher hourly wage at Mondo Burger, Kurt, who wants the secret sauce for his restaurant, sends an employee named Roxanne to seduce him into revealing the recipe. However, Ed clumsily injures her repeatedly and she ultimately quits her job. One of the first places to check out would be Burger King's streaming app, BK Delivers.
Dexter To Ed About Kurt And His Friends:
Instead of receiving a normal scolding by Mondo Burger employees, Dexter is referred to as a pestiferous maggot. While it would be harsh to hear if said in real life, the viewers would admit that it is one of the most creative insults they have ever heard before. Sure, it might not be the most sophisticated movie or even comedy for that matter, but that in no way means it isn't hilarious. Through all the ridiculousness of burger rivalries, romances, saucy surprises, and iconic one-liners, every minute ofGood Burgeris bound to make people smile. Find the exact moment in a TV show, movie, or music video you want to share.

It's probably the most iconic quote in the whole movie. When people think ofGood Burger, this is what they think of. When Mondo Burger owner/manager Kurt Bozwell sends attractive Roxanne over to Good Burger to try and get the recipe for their secret sauce, Ed doesn't take the bate. That's when Dexter, who is a bit more practical than Ed (which really isn't saying much) drops the line. Moments before, the duo has to drive erratically past a bunch of kids who just want nothing more than to buy some ice cream, but to no avail.
What Is The Difference Between A Medium Vs Medium Well Burger: Ultimate Guide
Instead of accepting his mistake, Ed argues that the man asked for a burger with nothing on it, and since a burger patty is "something," then there was no reason to put anything on the bun. Instead of being put off by this comment, like most people would be, Ed simply turns around and examines his rear end. It's one of the funniest moments in the movie as it serves to introduce the audience to the naivety and innocence of Ed.

Tired of having to clean your salt and pepper grinders after every use? We’ve found the best disposable salt and pepper grinders that will make your meal perfect. “Children go where they find sincerity and authenticity.” – Eric Cantona. I’m not trying to lure kids into my candy van because sincerity and authenticity aren’t my game. On the other hand, I don't like Mondo and not in the way that the movie wants. The villain is not good and the actor isn't much better.
Welcome to Good Burger, home of the Good Burger. Can I take your order?
He gets a job at Good Burger with the help of bumbling worker Ed . They face predatory competition from newly opened Mondo Burger across the street. Ed comes up with his own sauce which becomes a big hit. Welcome to Good Burger, home of the Good Burger, can we take your order?
What results is a hilarious moment where Ed literally tackles this poor old woman to the ground to save her life and soon after gets cheered on by Dexter. It's awkward for all characters considering the workers aren't aware of the context, but works effectively for the movie since it relies on cringe-comedy sometimes. One of the best things about Good Burgeris the hilarious and oftentimes oblivious Ed. When he gives a man who asks for a burger with nothing on it a plain bun, a ridiculously funny quote ensues. 95 minutesCountryUnited StatesLanguageEnglishBudget$8.5 millionBox office$23.7 millionGood Burger is a 1997 American comedy film directed by Brian Robbins and written byDan Schneider with Kevin Kopelow and Heath Seifert. Starring Kenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell, it is based on the comedy sketch of the same name on the Nickelodeon series All That and was produced by Nickelodeon Movies and Tollin/Robbins Productions.
I can say, however, that it was nice to see Abe Vigoda--a veteran actor who practically everyone thinks is dead. He's about to turn 93 and although he might have looked dead since the 1970s, he's not! But talk about surreal seeing him with these two young actors! So, if you are forced to watch it with the kids, you'll have a few laughs, enjoy seeing Vigoda and it's relatively brainless but harmless fun.

Paramount Home Video released the film on VHS on February 17, 1998, and on DVD on May 27, 2003. Episode "Rock-a-Big Baby" was released prior to screenings of the film. So don't let the light-hearted nature of this movie stop you from seeing it. You'll get some laughs out of it, like I did, but you'll find that it's a fun movie.
